Johan is a Professional Valuer based in Stellenbosch and holds a BCom Law degree and National Diploma in Real Estate. With his strong legal background, he provides valuable insight into the legal aspects of real estate and property valuation. He is a member of the South African Right of Way Association and has completed the Negotiator Examination for the acquisition of property on behalf of numerous parastatals. Johan is a government-appointed appraiser and is regularly appointed to undertake projects at both provincial and national government level.

Kobus has been involved in the property valuation profession since 1995 and registered as a Professional Valuer in 2014. He has conducted valuations for financial institutions, organs of state, attorneys, wildlife federations, oil companies, corporate clients, and private individuals. Kobus has successfully completed valuations and negotiated property acquisitions required for the national road network as a service provider to the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd.

Thapelo is a Candidate Valuer with valuable experience relating to the Municipal Property Rates Act, as well as valuation and negotiation for the acquisition of property required for national road projects. His experience also extends to valuations for financial institutions and commercial purposes. Thapelo has completed a Diploma in Accounting, an Advanced Diploma in Financial Management, an Advanced Diploma in Real Estate, and a BCom Honours degree in Property Valuation and Management.

Bill has more than 30 years of property valuation experience. He started his career as a Municipal Official and served as Town Secretary and Acting Town Clerk before embarking on his property valuation career. With his municipal background and extensive valuation expertise, he provides valuable insight into large portfolio valuations and complex valuation matters. He is a specialist in Right of Way valuations and has served as Valuation Manager on various State-Owned Company contracts.

Bill is a Fellow of the SAIV, a Member of RICS and SARWA. He is a regular guest lecturer at universities. He has also presented at conferences hosted by SARWA, SACPVP, SAIV and the International Property Tax Institute.

Theuns has been actively involved in the property valuation industry since 2003 and has developed extensive experience across a broad spectrum of property sectors. He specialises in commercial and agricultural property valuations, primarily undertaken on behalf of financial institutions and organs of state. His professional expertise also extends to valuations for insolvency, liquidation, divorce proceedings, and deceased estates, regularly providing valuation services to legal practitioners throughout the Free State and Northern Cape provinces.

In addition to immovable property valuations, Theuns has experience in the valuation of movable assets, commercial machinery, and specialised mining equipment for financial institutions.

He has substantial experience in property acquisitions, negotiations, and compensation assessments on behalf of organs of state, including valuations undertaken for land acquisition and development purposes. His professional portfolio further includes appointments relating to township establishment, large-scale development projects, and the valuation of specialised properties and industrial facilities, including abattoirs, grain mills, and other purpose-built developments.

Chris Scholtz is a Professional Valuer who specialises in municipal and agricultural valuations. He has been appointed to conduct valuations for financial institutions and organs of state. Chris has more than 15 years of experience in valuation and negotiations for property acquisition and has expertise in residential, industrial, commercial, municipal, agricultural, and servitude valuations, as well as valuations for insurance purposes.
